The range of industrial gate operators varies depending upon dimensions of sliding or swing gates. A complete system kit comprising of following components are installed for safe operation of industrial gates;

  • Motor & Control board

    for basic operation of motor with open-stop-close push/ switch button
  • Remote control

    for easy and distant operation, can be operated from security rooms.
  • Limit magnet

    to adjust the opening- closing position of gate according to requirement
  • Side Safety Edges/ Infrared beam Photocells

    are installed, one at each end of the gate, in order to give a safe and clear way while a vehicle is passing through passage zone. It prevents the gate from closing if it detects any obstacle or if a passing vehicle stops in this zone, guaranteeing top level protection.
  • Flash light

    for added safety is placed along with the moving gate to indicate the movement of any object.

  • Proximity card/ RFID card reader

    Additional security can be placed by installing a card reader set which first detects authorized personal at the entrance and then allows the motor to operate.
  • Induction loop system

    magnetic field loop detector for metallic objects and vehicles which makes the motor to operate automatically whenever a metal object passes over it.
